We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at hello@zonedlife.com and we'll follow it up with the courier.

Incorrect address
If you enter an incorrect address at checkout and your parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur a shipping charge.
