Refund Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind — 14 days
We offer change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or damaged product
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zonedlife.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if required.

What we cannot refund
• Opened product (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Product damaged by misuse
• Product returned more than 14 days after delivery (outside of faulty goods claims)

How to return
1. Email hello@zonedlife.com with your order number and a photo of your product.
2. Once approved, we'll confirm the return address and provide instructions.
3. Post the unopened product back to us.
4. Refunds are provided back to the original method of payment once it has been received and passed inspection.
5. We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving it.
